Paid work - Fix Pack, Retainer, Agency Mode
I only take your money if the work actually moves the needle. My rule is simple: if you look at what I shipped and it doesn't feel like a win, or if I made a genuine attempt to lift your numbers and it didn't work - email me. I refund in full.
You don't need to argue your case. You don't need to prove anything. If the work didn't earn its keep, I don't want to keep the money.
How to request a refund
Reply to any of my emails, or write to [email protected] with a one-line note. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
The only cases I won't refund
- Chargebacks filed without contacting me first. Talk to me - I will refund faster than any bank can.
- Refund requests made after I've delivered work you approved and used commercially for an extended period. Once the deliverable is live and earning, it's yours to keep.
Everything else, I side with you.
